Children's Ministry
Children are important to the life of Fort Caroline CC. It is our desire to be a place where children
can come feel safe and learn about God throughout the week. Areas include but are not limited to: Nursery, Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and events.
Student Ministry
There are so many options for students to choose from in our community. The Overflow ministry here at Fort Caroline CC seeks to be a place where the lives of students are transformed as they encounter Jesus. Areas include but are not limited to: Sunday school, Small Groups, Wednesday nights, and events.
Men’s Ministry
Men are at the forefront of leading their homes and we all need help in doing that. Men’s ministry seeks to bring camaraderie and discipleship to the lives of men who attend. Areas include but are not limited to: Men’s Breakfast, Small Groups, retreats, and events.
Women's Ministry
Women often put themselves second in life because of the needs of those who are closest to them. We want women to grow in their faith and to be an active part of the life of Fort Caroline CC. This ministry will help women to interact with one another and to grow in their faith. Areas include but are not limited to: Love Circle, Joy Circle, Community Quilters, retreats, and events.
Worship Ministry
We want everyone to have an incredible experience as they worship God on Sunday mornings. This team works diligently to make sure that can happen and to lead those present into a place where God is honored. Areas include but are not limited to: Worship Team, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Communion Prep, Communion Serving, Communion Meditations, and Greeters.
Discipleship Ministry
Jesus calls us to, “Follow me and I will make you Fishers of men.” We want to be a place where we are creating disciples who follow Jesus with their whole lives. This team will make sure that we are providing opportunities for disciples to be created. Areas include but are not limited to: Sunday school, Wednesday nights, Small Groups, seminars, and retreats.
Community Outreach
This team will assist the church in connecting with the community through events and awareness to what is happening right in our own backyards. We want to be an active part of the community as a church and this team will help make that happen.
Church Activities
Every year there are certain events that we do as a church to spend time together and to invite our friends. This team will make sure that we have activities that provide us with these opportunities.
Missions
It is important as a community of believers that we recognize that the world is bigger than just where we live. It is our desire to be a church that shares what God is giving us, so that we can help others do ministry in places where we can’t reach. Areas include but are not limited to: Awareness to the church, Support follow-up, Faith Promise, and mission trips.
Prayer Ministry
As a church we have to be focused on prayer in every way that we can possibly imagine. The conversations that we have with God as a church are the very things that allow God to move in our lives and in the life of the church. Areas include but are not limited to: National Day of Prayer, Sunday morning prayer time, Saturday morning prayer walk, Drive-Thru Prayer, and a church-wide prayer emphasis.
Benevolence
Desiring to minister to those who are in need, whether a part of Fort Caroline CC or simply living in our community, this team will evaluate the need and assist in a variety of ways.
Pastoral
This group seeks to care for those who are connected to Fort Caroline CC as they go through times of excitement or need in their lives. Areas include but are not limited to: Baptisms, Visitation, and Meals.
Building and Grounds
With a church campus as large as ours is, there is a lot to maintaining it and keeping it in good shape. This team works to make the grounds look good and to keep the buildings in good working order. If you are a handy person or simply like to work in the yard, this is the team for you. Areas include but are not limited to: Facilities, Grounds, and Security.
Library Ministry
This group will oversee the library and the donations that are made while promoting positive reading in the lives of those who are a part of Fort Caroline CC. Areas include but are not limited to: Resources, Book Clubs, and special reading programs for children.
Office Helpers
As we go through the week here at the church, there is always a place for extra help around the office. If your gift is in this area, we would love to have you help us accomplish ministry by caring for the details.
Transportation
Our vehicles and mowers are always in need of regular maintenance and this team will help to oversee that and make sure that all of them are up and running as needed for ministry. Areas include but are not limited to: Maintenance and Driving as needed.
